Would you like to train like a Spiderman?
Spiderman is requesting new superheroes
for his new Canadian spidey team.
This class was designed to have a lot of fun; the main goal is for children to learn to control their adrenaline in order to avoid injuries in the future.
Kids are amazing, there is so much to learn from them! Seems like we suddenly forgot that being a kid is the best part of life.
Stretching / warm-up
We are going to get our bodies ready to train
and use our strength.
Warm-up: head, neck, arms, legs, even the fingers.
I will teach you 3 different spiderman positions; it is very important to get balance and focus to control your body.
We will use the floor as a building,
and we are going to climb in different ways.
I will teach you how to prepare your body for failings and roll over in order to avoid injuries.
I will teach how to throw the rings, we will play ‘chasing’ and shooting to a point.
